My favorite place to write is out on a walk. Almost any sort of physical movement seems to get my thoughts moving. Like driving or cleaning the house or working out at the gym. I have lots of talk-to-text notes in my phone’s Notes app that mostly look like run-on paragraphs and gibberish because I don’t enunciate. But I can usually transcribe them later.
Favourite place? My mind goes blank. So close to the end of house renovations and I don’t have a desk, haven’t had one in a long time, need to starting thinking (and writing) outside of the box 🤔
My favorite place to write is Tidal Wave, a coffee shop attached to a bookstore in Anchorage, Alaska. I still haven't found its like anywhere else. Second to that... my ratty old recliner.
Favorite place to write: Cafe Brazil. The best loaded cheese fries around, and because they have flavored decaf I can mainline coffee without fear overdosing on caffeine.

Not unless you live in the DFW area, it's a local joint with 4 or 5 locations. But if you ever come to Dallas you should absolutely check it out!
