Sauerkraut and hotdogs. There’s just something about the smell of “rotten” cabbage that makes me swoon. And anything that includes hamburger dill chip pickles. Yum! M
Oh, absolutely favorite thing in the kitchen is baking, especially cookies. Seriously, creaming butter and sugar in the Kitchen Aid stand mixer my brother gave us for our wedding puts me in my happy place.
...And the husband was diagnosed with diabetes two months ago, so it's going to be a while before I do any baking again while he gets this down to a manageable level. :: sigh ::
Do you severely underbake your cookies? I do and it’s probably not at all healthy or up to any kind of food standard. My favorite is to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with a marshmallow inside. And then bake them at 350 for 4 minutes. Sometimes 3 minutes.
