It's as valuable as learning.

Hey, Runners!

I’ve always been passionate about learning new things. I love watching YouTube videos showing me how to do a foundation single crochet, or how to replace the pillar garnish that flew off my Honda Fit on a recent road trip all by myself.

I spent years teaching story at the college level, and I am a passionate proponent of learning.

But in recent years, as I’ve unlearned many toxic beliefs that were affecting my ability to write, I’ve also become a passionate proponent of unlearning.
